Batcher $17.25/hr
Seeking 2nd shift (2pm-10:00pm) help in Elk Grove Village, Illinois!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Reading color formulations
- Collecting necessary production materials & weighing per formula
- Labeling of pigments & batches
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Forklift driving experience
- Ability to work independently & with others.
- Previous extrusion batching or mixing experience preferred.
- Bilingual English / Spanish
Hopper Filler $18.25/hr
Seeking 3rd shift (10pm-2:00am) help in Elk Grove Village, Illinois!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Fill hoppers for multiple machines
- Lift 50 lbs & roll 175 lbs drums across the floor onto skids or lift platform
- maintain clean and organized workspace
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Normal color vision
- Bilingual English / Spanish
Purchasing Coordinator $19.00/hr
Seeking 1st shift (8am-4:30pm) help in Elk Grove Village, Illinois!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Request, update & maintain supplier pricing
- Monitor late & unconfirmed POs
- Daily entering & filing of incoming raw material invoices & packing slips
- Review invoices & approve payment
- Purchase all office & production supplies accurately & within the desired timeframe
- Enter POs for incoming customer materials
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year customer service experience
- Strong time management & organizational skills
- Remarkable attention to detail
- Works well autonomously
Account Manager $19.00/hr
Seeking (8am-4:30pm) help in Spartanburg, South Carolina!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage customer orders, changes, & cancellations via email & phone
- Update & communicate pricing
- Updating internal documents, including contracts, quotes & color matches
- Oversee customer orders to ensure product availability
- Proactively oversee customer orders by working with other departments for timely delivery
- Answer phone calls, emails, receive visitors, take applications, distribute mail
- Support & back up other Account Managers
- Shipping Specialist back up as needed; billing orders, create Bill of Ladings, set up carrier pickups
- Building color presentation packets to send to customers
- Uphold ISO 9000 standards via following documented work instructions
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer Service/Account Management (2+ yrs)
- Strong computer skills including use of MS Office products
- Ability to organize, prioritize, & adjust to a fast-paced environment
- Critical thinking, problem solving, proactiveness, & high attainment to detail

Seeking 1st shift (6am-2:30pm) help in Spartanburg, South Carolina!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Accurately read color formulations to select the correct lot number for each color
- Weigh color concentrates/pigments per specified amounts for customer orders
- Locate necessary products within the Production Batching Department efficiently
- Correctly label batches to ensure proper identification
- Maintain quality standards for all batches produced
- Assist in training new team members
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently & with others
- Previous extrusion, batching or mixing experience (preferred)
